The hotel room I stayed in was really nice, comfortable, and very clean. However, there was a mildew smell as soon as I walked in due to the soaked and wet carpet from a former guest, which was a bit unpleasant. The service, on the other hand, was very nice and courteous even when I reported the room problem, and they promptly refunded us for the remaining nights. The location was excellent for my business needs and close to the Infinity Center, but there were random phone conversations in the hallway that sometimes disrupted the peace. The dining experience was just right with a nice variety of self-service dishes, although the cleanliness could have been better. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was wonderful, close to restaurants, stores, and everything we came to see, the service was subpar. The rooms had a lingering musty smell that made me keep the light on all night, and the service was unresponsive and unhelpful. The dining options were decent with self-service and a nice variety, but the facilities were lacking. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
